Some of the organisms under thw kingdom Protista are: red algae, dinoflagellates, and ameba

Protista is kingdom that is composed of organism that mostly consist or single-celled eukaryotes. . Any
member of a group of diverse eukaryotic, predominantly unicellular microscopic organisms.

eukaryotic cell has a nuclear membrane that surrounds the nucleus, in which the well-
defined chromosomes (bodies containing the hereditary material) are located.

It is also consist of:

the micronucleus is involved in reproductive function and the macronucleus which is associated with
non-reproductive functions, such as cell metabolism and protein synthesis.

As far as protists reproduction process is concerned, some of these

organisms are known to resort to asexual reproduction, while others
resort to sexual reproduction.
Like other single-celled organisms, such as archaea and bacteria,
asexual reproduction is the primary method of reproduction for
protists. These organisms generally opt for binary fission method of
asexual reproduction wherein a single parent produces an off-spring
without having to depend on fertilization by another organism.
It was initially believed that protists only reproduce asexually, however
recent studies have revealed that they also resort to sexual
reproduction, especially under stressful conditions.
