INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

This Investment Agreement, made and entered into is ___ day of

September 2020, by and between:

CATHERINE DELA VEGA RICHARDSON, of legal age, married,

Filipino citizen, with residence at Dulan Matua, Zone 5, Baranggay
Maliwalo, Tarlac City, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY;

AND

SHIRLEY L. NUNN, of legal age, widowed, Filipino citizen, with

residence at San Rafael, Tarlac City, hereinafter referred to as SECOND
PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY declared that she the owner of Banana
Boat Beach Resort located at Dasol, Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY, has potential of earning capacity of P

100, 000.00 per month;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY, solicited investment in cash and in

kind from the FIRST PARTY, and pledged that she will to pay the latter
the sum equivalent to five (5%) percent per month, of the total amount of
cash and kind provided by the said FIRST PARTY;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the
parties herein mutually agree the following:
1. The FIRST PARTY, shall provide the SECOND PARTY, amount
of One Hundred Thousand pesos (P 100, 000.00) in cash, receipt of-
which is likewise acknowledged, following;

Description: Amount:
1.a. Various jewelries P 126,000.00
1.b. Cellphones P 53,000.00

2. The SECOND PARTY, shall pay the FIRST PARTY, THE

EQUIVALENT OF Five (5%) Percent, per month, of the total amount
of cash and merchandise, above acknowledged and any other amount
and or merchandise that may be provided by the FIRST PARTY
unto the SECOND PARTY,

3. Failure of the SECOND PARTY, to pay ____ monthly share of the

said five (5%) of the total ____, shall be ground for the cancellation
of their Agreement and the FIRST PARTY, may initiate whatever
legal actions, _____, to protect her interest;

4. The partied warrants the truthfulness of their ___ allegations herein

contained and pledges not to disclose, unless compelled bu the
Court of ____ jurisdictions, any content of this Agreement to __
parties, withouth the express ____ of the other;
