Est 2016
PANDEMIC NEW ADJUSTMENTS & STANDARD TIPS

1. Number of guests – depends upon the executive order (EO) released by your
respective LGU’s, so this # of guest depends upon the EO rule, refer to it.
Ok? – on Gatherings & Events it also depends on the size of the venue na gusto
nyo i-book, so usually on some areas like naka MGCQ OR MECQ eh will allow
5 to 10 to 25 persons only policy yun po yung per head count, meron ding
consideration sa per visual count like 30% to 50% Venue Capacity, so example
pag 100 pax yung regular capacity ng isang venue so meaning you can invite up to
30-50 persons. How about the suppliers? It’s another arrangement

2. Protocols & Permit – same as usual pa rin po sa nakasanayan, as much as

possible lahat ng guest at suppliers eh may facemask at face shield at all times
na, social distancing must be strictly observed at all times, iwas muna dapat sa
shake hands and beso-beso at yakapan (inform your on the day organizer and host
to always remind guest about this, mas ok po kung may alcohol at sanitizers kayo
sa entrance sa buffet at kada lamesa or you can buy mini alcohol bottles then
distribute it for everyone, yung iba naglalagay talaga ng anti-covid 19 pantry for
all para dun nila kunin yung alcohol and mask and shield nila. Sa permit naman po
depende rin po yun per LGU if ire-require sa venue or sa event it self – so
check the EO of your town.

3. Executive Order – LGU – one of the most legit source that gives answer to
all your questions & confusions about events/gathering rule, recommendations and
restrictions, also visit your legit-official city/town Facebook page because surely
it will give guidance to everyone about the EO – refer to events and gatherings
section…

4. Suppliers – during this hard time, always be mindful of your headcount, as a

client you have the right to tell your suppliers that as much as possible iwasan
titipid eh nag-iingat din kayo, mas better pumili kayo ng supplier that can supply
many needs at the same time, example yung cake maker mo o caterer at supplier
din ng pica-pica. Yung photo and video mo isang team lang, yung gown supplier mo
eh nag me-make up din para tipid ka sa headcount – did I make sense?

5. Items that you can sacrifice or remove – since pandemic and nagtitipid
kadalasan sa kasal nowadays, di naman masamang maging practical, so to make
anything that will help you cut budget lessen it or remove it, common sense po
I sacrifice muna. Be practical pandemic naman.

6. Should you go intimate? – why not? Find a smaller venue if you have limited
budget, so people will understand that “oo nga pandemic nga pala” di masamang
yan. You can be wedded naman kahit walang abay o kahit 1 pair lang ninong at
ninang nyo.

7. Items that you should never sacrifice – give importance to things that lasts,
yung habang buhay n’yong pagyayamanin, ex. Photo & Video hanggang sa pagtanda
nyo maki-keep nyo yun,.
nasa tiyan at mata yan, sa small details you can always do DIY may mga youtube
guide naman at references sap interest take time to scout tapos madami kayo ma
bibili sa shoppee.

8. Are Kids allowed? – refer to your LGU’s EO andun talaga yung sagot, also
yung church and reception venue po eh may rule sa ganyan, so refer to them.

rule ng Regional EO at sa IATF rule and declarations kasi, sa prenup we should
may restrictions, or tawagan po yung spot kung may mga special needs po sila like
swab test, medical or any related demands due to pandemic, or may mga policy sila
like limited number of persons or limited hours of stay, so bago tayo puumunta sa
10. Reception Program Changes – rule of thumb on this po is to maintain social
distancing and avoid contact; plus consider your location’s curfew hour, wala naman
pong direct contact at walang naglalakad, instead yung maid of honor at brides
maids ang mag-iikot, less movement more safe po sa event, so rule of thumb lahat
a. Gratitude dance
b. Couple dance
c. Cake slicing
d. Wine toasting
e. Messages
f. Dinner the rest po nun pwede nyo naman po isacrifice for everybody’s
welfare, para rin di na masyado gabihin kasi may curfew pa. but if all your
visitors are surely not being exposed to the said virus plus may saliva or
Basta again ulitin
ko, alterations sa new normal program is due to everyone’s welfare and
safety wala pong ibang purpose yun. Pwede nyo sundin pwedi hindi basta wag
kayo mahuhuli

11. Alcohols & sanitizer – always make these items available sa preparation, sa
church at sa reception by all means, ito po yung tool na talagang makakatulong sa

aisle, but di ko nilalahat, ask your local church especially those catholic
IATF declarations. So better ask your church kung sino lang po ang allowed at
hindi allowed mag-lakad sa aisle, one thing ask them if allowed ba or not and
senior citizens, minor de edad at mga bata, dito sa location namin kasi talagang pa-
iba2 so check nyo diyan sa inyo. Para sa on the day ng kasal walang sisihan.
Lastly ask your church if required pa ba na may facemask & shield during
ceremony and march, and also check the pictorial rule if allowed or not or if
minimal delegates only; dito kasi samin bawal yung maramihan.

-these tips and recommendations are based on our

organizing experiences since 2020 new normal events,
nawa’y nakatulong po at magamit nyo on your decisions
and recommendations. Then after reading these items
you can now start your planning!!

TIPS…
to avail this checklist kasi gusto nyo magtipid so be it bigyan ko kayo ng mga
some tipid examples and some hacks para maging successful preparations nyo..
panindigan, always visit your budget. Wag yung bongga kasal ngayun
lubog sa kautangan bukas. Mali yun.
Yung iba jan
makikikain lang tapos aalis. (reality) ma-mimintas pa
section, ask for rates, then i-meet nyu, tapos wag kayong mag bihis
mayaman para makatipid kayo kuyng may alahas kayo hubarin nyu
muna, kung may sasakyan kayo sa malayo kaya magpark – never make
the first offer mag-ingat sa mga tanung na “magkano budget nyo?” “san ka
connected mam” – do you get me? alam nyo nay an
7. Always ask feedbacks from past clients, kung negative feedbacks
a second chance
8. Do not invest too much on things na di naman ganu ka bigat yung impact
like yung cake baka pwede 1 layer lang, like invitation wag na yung
masyadong mahal itatapon lang yan, as an advice invest on photo, video,
food and decoration yan ang major2, but again always visit your
budget – take your time
9. Always avail promos and sale malaking bagay yun, abang-abang.. may
sakto sa budget, take your time. May mga bagay na pwede mabili sa
murang tyangge like taytay, Baclaran , divisoria o pag high-tech marami sa
shoppee at Lazada.. lahat ng need nyu andun.
10. List down your guest kung gusto nyung sumaya sa kasal nyu
11. List down your songs para mas ma feel nyu na kasal nyu
12. Be yourself, focus sa love, sa isa’t-isa wag nyu sila isipin, always visit
your budget, need more tips? Madami sa youtube sa goodgle goodluck
best wishes ahead

Strict observance of call time is a key to timeliness,. So be sensitive sa time, wag kayu

OPTION #1 - 1 VIP TABLE

2 lay outs samples are the horizontal vip table and parallen vip vertical tables.. pero..

Note:
This is just a sample, floor plans and lay outs are always based kung anung physical attributes ng venue ng
reception. basta importante entrance is wide wag masikip, vip sa gitna o sa harap, couple and family may
sariling table, may dance area or dance floor, always know where your LCD projector will be placed, your
cake sa left o right goes opposite with your souvenirs & others to give balance, always plan where to put
your technical group including the media mahalaga yun. Tapos yung buffet and cocktail station nyu di
alanganin at masikip,. So always double check walk flow and traffic .. ok walang specific lay out depende
pa rin po sa trip nyo..

SEAT PLANNING – To organize a well seated guest, mas ok na may seatplan lalo na sa small weddings,. Pero
pag big events di na sya masyadong applicable, sigurokaya sya hanggang 150 to 200 naka seat plan.. actually di
nyo naman need I seat plan lahat focus lang kayo sa vip at secondary sponsors the rest pwede na free seated or if
you want tohave specific individuals to surely to be seated together seat plan is the key so you assign your
seat plan accordingly, make a master list, ask the venue kung ilang seaters ba tables nila, always inform
the venue or decorator how many ninongs and ninangs abays and family you have para may intended
seats talaga. Ok? If you know the seating capacity per table mas madali mag-plot ng tao sa seats.. gets
na ? so ex. If 8 seaters ang table then assign 8 persons dun then make it table 1 names under ok? Alam
ko gets mon a ikaw pa goodluck
