Introduction:

Under Republic Act 7277, Deped offered Special Education to implement it to all schools
aimed to rehabilitate and to give a rights education for those with disabilities students to boost
their self-esteem and gain equality of education.
The task will be assigned to second-year students to conduct an interview with the given
question regarding the role and responsibilities of the teacher for the learners. The participants
are selected from secondary high school teachers and college teachers. The data that will be
collected will be the basis of the data gathering.

Presentation of Data:

Teacher 1:

There are many roles and responsibilities of a teacher.

My main concern is to impart the concept of the lesson to my students. Alongside that, I have to
their mother, sister, creative, friends, enemy, and many more.

Teacher 2:

 As a teacher, we are the catalyst of change. We should teach our students to be more productive
and creative. We are also responsible for imparting knowledge to our students. We should also take
good care of them and learn in a comfortable environment.

Conclusion:

Based on the data that was gathered, I used Venn Diagram to see what are the differences and
similarities of both sides.  Regarding the result of roles and responsibilities the differences of
both are lots and fewer similarities however, we see the differences of roles and responsibilities
of the teacher.  We see separately a lot of different teacher management for the learners.

Brief Description of the student:

As a future educator, I must be prepared for the good quality have of the teacher. I learned
teachers’ duties are difficult to handle. As a teacher, you must have cared for your learners.
Based on the data the similarities are less than differences. However, they both side shows the
significance of roles and responsibilities for the learners. This task taught me a lot of different
strategies how to handle the learners.
