Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing a to express my dissatisfaction with my experience as me being a tour guide.

The job for my holiday was over all good, I got to improve people skills and get out of my comfort zone.
since I met so many different people from all over the world, I was able to learn new languages. Even
though I went every year on holiday there, I learnt a lot about that place and get to know almost every
spot.

However, while many tourists were nice and I enjoyed working with, a minority of them are just difficult
and will always find reasons to complain about. As being a starter, it was rather difficult to confront
with, although there were people who helped me handle the situation.

All things considered, the knowledge and experience I got, make me happy and I know I will come back
next year to continue where I have stopped. And I enjoy the way that I’m not in a classical office setting
but moving around and communicating with different people.
