What’s In
1. How do you know your personality?
I am myself
2. Why is it important to know yourself better? What are the things you want to develop and
improve within yourself?
> Knowing yourself allows you to gain a better understanding of yourself and better manage
your feelings and emotions. You gradually gain a better understanding of why you are
experiencing these emotions and how to manage them.
3. Is there importance in understanding and studying yourself, especially when you feel helpless
and quarantine in your own home? Cite some reasons.
> In moments of helplessness and confusion (as the quarantine, or catastrophe, has caused
everybody else), it is important to consider yourself because it validates one's feelings. If a
result, as you get a better understanding of yourself, you'll be able to accept what you're feeling
right now.
4. How do you feel for those who early give up in life such as news about suicide, the feeling of
hopelessness, and other sad news? If you are in their position, what will you do? Explain your
answer.
> I feel sad about them. Knowing and reading people who committed suicide to solve their
problems makes me depressed because they take their lives just too soon. My self-description
is founded on how I live every day. So, there you have it. I consider myself fortunate and
fortunate that I am well and safe, and I thank God for always being there for me.
5. What is the best way to describe the self? State your belief and philosophy.
> Only do things that make you happy. You should love what you do if you don't do what you do.
If you don't get this, you'll end up lost like an animal chasing after every motorcycle. It's quick to
provide advice, but it's far more difficult to follow through. This isn't to say that you can't
recommend a good way to do anything to anyone, but there should be a cap. Never do it for the
sake of making money. Money is necessary, but you better know what you're doing or you'll lose
your humanity. Before you injure others, think about it. You should do that if they deserve it.

Because if you practice ahimsa, people will take you for granted. Never hurt people who don't
deserve it, and they may have a bad day as a result.

What I Have Learned

My Thoughts, Feelings and Behavior are all connected
Since they make up my whole personality, my thoughts, concepts, and acts are all intertwined.
What I think has an impact on my emotions, which in turn has an impact on the behavior, I take
in reaction to those feelings. It is undeniable that these three variables are interdependent. We
have concerns about the reality of the situation; those thoughts cause emotions, and those
feelings caused us to behave in ways that affect the situation. Our thoughts are influenced by
our surroundings, as well as our values and ideals. As a consequence, our emotions are the
result of our thinking. We act on our emotions as a consequence of how we react to or interact
with them, which contributes to actions.
