1.00 CIVIL WORKS
1.01 Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and 588.741 Cum INR
stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by
spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the
trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with
sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water
(excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).
1.02 Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 807.328 Sqm INR
cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly,
breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh
growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass,
including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

1.03 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep 201.389 Cum INR
and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the
excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in
the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% :
one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),
flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine
dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials
declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as
directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge,
manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

1.04 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated 111.000 Holes INR

1.70 Providing and Fixing decorative type exterior high pressure laminated 14.066 Sqm INR
panel of 6mm thickness for gate fixed on the existing MS frame work etc
complete including all rates as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

1.71 Providing and fixing Cast iron railings, grills or gate with required MS 1039.080 Kg INR
section made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. as per design,
including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature
(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary steel nuts and
bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & dash
fasteners, bolts etc., of required size as per the drawing and as per the
approval of Engineer-in-charge.

1.72 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be 6.240 Sqm INR
specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and
conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid
on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including
grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,
complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.
1.73 Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows 219.375 Kg INR
etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with
approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to openings/ wooden frames with
rawl plugs screws etc
1.74 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared 298.638 Sqm INR
and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate
priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

1.75 Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich 206.309 Sqm INR
wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panels made of core material of EPS
granule balls/beads (conforming to IS 4671:1984 and shall have density
not less than 15kg per cum) adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other
bonding material in mortar state processed to form in a preset mould. The
outer face on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fibre cement
board confirming to IS 14862:2000 or Calcium silicate board confirming to
EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. Panel shall be laid on 6mm thick
cement mortar (1 cement: 2 fine sand) mixed with chemical adhesive of
0.5kg per 50kg of cement or shall be preferably fixed into 'C' channel made
of 1.2mm thick MS plate screwed/fastenened to the slab/column/beam etc.
The panel shall fixed vertically with tongue and groove joint and
horizontally locked with steel bar between each other and floors and filled
with cement mortar and adhesive. Panels should be used as floor & roofing
with additional structural support, steel or RCC depending upon the
design. All the operation shall be completed in all respect as per drawings,
Manufacturers specifications and under the overall direction of Engineer-
in-Charge (Cost of all the material is included except "C channel" which will
be paid separately).Non load bearing panels 115mm thick of required size

1.76 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and 0.372 Cum INR
other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or
with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener
shall be paid for separately).Second class teak wood
1.77 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for shutters 23.627 Sqm INR
for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S.
pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessery screws,
excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per
direction of Engineer - in-charge.Second class teak wood35 mm thick

1.78 Providing and fixing Pre-laminated medium density fibre board 64.755 Sqm INR
IS:14587:1998 marked, with one side decorative lamination other side

fittings wherever required, edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending tape

1.79 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & 369.491 Sqm INR
courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the
shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm
thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Ordinary
cement without any pigment
1.80 Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 8 mm thick as 33.000 Sqm INR
approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single
length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be
fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size ( 5.5x55mm) with EPDM
seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical / curved surface, but
excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size
and shapes where ever required.

1.81 Providing and fixing Floor mounted Cycle Stand made of MS frame with 7.000 each INR
powder coated finish for all weather proof properties including all rates etc.
complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

1.82 Supply and installation of Fibre Big Litre bin including all rates etc. 2.000 Each INR
complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge
1.83 Supply and installation of Acrylic LED letters “ 19.000 Each INR
@THIRUVANANTHAPURAM " of height 70cm over already constructed
50cm height pedestal. Each letters having strong MS or suitable metal
frame, the rates are including making, transportation, electrical works and
installation etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

1.84 Providing and fixing of direction or place identification sign board (Type -1), 1.000 Each INR
with vertical post of 150mm dia MS tubular section, 3mm thick embedded
in M20 grade cement concrete of footing minimum size
600mmx600mmx600mm, 600mm below the ground level. The
names/letters are inscribe over 35mm thick first class teak wood fixed on
the top portion of MS post, the groves of letters and the vertical MS pole
should be in black colour epoxy painting over epoxy primer and the wood
surface to be in matt finish with necessary fittings etc complete, including
all material and labour charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

1.85 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water 1000.000 Litre INR
storage tank :ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking
arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow
pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
1.86 Providing and laying 500x500x40 mm thick Turf paver (Turfpave XD) on 643.764 Sqm INR
150 mmthick sub grade of compacted bed of 20 mm thick nominal size
stone aggregateand base course and filling with 150 mm thick jamuna
sand, including spreading,well ramming, consolidating and finishing
smooth etc. all complete as per directionof Engineer-in-charge.
1.87 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M- 6.508 Cum INR
25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and
curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) ,
