Banasthali Vidyapith is a fully residen�al women's university which offers an integrated system
extending from the primary to the Ph.D. level. Admission to the Banasthali Vidyapith is open to
women only. A student admi�ed to Banasthali Vidyapith has to compulsorily join a hostel of the
Vidyapith unless the student is a ward of some worker of the Vidyapith and sta of the Vidyapith and
stays with the worker in the campus, or the student belongs to a neighbouring village community
within a radius of 25 kms.

Admission is based on a combined merit of 50% marks in all India ap�tude test and 50% of normal-
ized aggregate percentage in 10+2.

(d) Represented Na�onal Youth Fes�val : 5%

3. Passing Qualifying examina�on from Banasthali : 5%

4. Ex-students of Banasthali having studied full �me course : 5%

5. Candidate whose mother or sister has studied or is studying in Banasthali : 5%

6. Candidate whose guardian(s) has worked or is working in Banasthali : 5%

Note(s)

(a) If the credit point is awarded under category No. 1 - 4, total credit points will not be greater than
5%. If in addi�on the credit points are also awarded under category Nos. 5-6, total credit points will
not be greater than 7%.

(b) Old students who have passed the last examina�on from Banasthali University and have studied
in Banasthali for a period of 5 years or less will be awarded 5% credit points and for every addi�onal
year 1% credit.

(c) Maximum credit points that may be awarded under all categories is 10%.

Regular fee for Foreign na�onals and NRI / NRI Sponsored candidates is US$3,850 per annum

Foreign / NRI / NRI Sponsored admissions : A limited number of seats are available for Foreign / NRI /
NRI sponsored candidates. Admission against these seats are based directly upon the merit and the
applicants do not have to appear in the Ap�tude Test. The eligibility for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored
candidates is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examina�on.

The following documents are required for admission against Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats:
(i) Original Cer�ficates/ Marksheets of the qualifying examina�on.
(ii) A�ested photocopies of the Passport and Visa of the NRI Sponsor of the applicant.
(iii) Foreign Bank Account Number or NRI Account Number of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the
applicant.
(iv) Declara�on regarding, Non-Resident Indian status of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the
applicant.

RE-ADMISSION : If a student is separated from Banasthali or Shri Shantabai Shiksha Ku�r and in the
event Banasthali Vidyapith decides to readmit her, admission fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable. The
admission of a student shall be automa�cally cancelled due to unauthorized absence of three days or
more.
