Career Level: Essential Responsibilities 
Mid Level ( 2+ - 5 years experience)
Gives Timely support on card issuance systems, Hardware and Software;
Employment Type: Analyzes, registers, troubleshoots card issuance system problems and incidents. and escalate unsolved
Full time problems;
Salary: Makes preventive maintenance of card issuance hardware to make sure the parts work properly;
As per the Bank Salary scale Monitors and reports the performance of card issuance machines and infrastructure;
Provides technical services to internal customers to address problems related to Card Issuance System;
Keeps documentation of incidents, problems and solutions to use for future reference;
Maintains stability of card issuance systems, Hardware and Software;
Makes profile and scripting tests on the card issuance system;
Updates and Installs software patches on card issuance server to add new profiles and keep the system
updated;
Replaces and upgrades hardware parts to maintain and support Personalization machines, Hardware
Security Module (HSM)server and UPS;
Prepares specification document for hardware and Software parts to be purchased;
Make inventory record of card issuance resources;
Performs card file and PIN processing;
Prepares and send daily card personalization;

Place of Work :  Addis Ababa, Head Office     

Job Requirement
Qualifications:

B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or MIS or Electrical and Computer Engineering o
Information Technology and related fields

Experience:

3 years of Related work experience respectively of which 1 years as junior IS officer.
