1. Description and reason of change


ShopLc is an Ecommerce company is USA. The organization has it’s headquarter in India. The
organization was established in USA as a subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Limited, India. The
company established its call centre in Austin Texas, USA. In the year 2020, the organization
planned to shift its call centre from USA to India. In India, the company will manage its sales
and data management of customers. The company is planning to close the call centre of USA.
The organization uses television to promote the product. Through Tele Retail Company sells its
product all across USA. Company is planning to establish offices in India to manage sales.

The company has only 4% market share in the US (Gugnani & Nair, 2017). The requirement of
human resources in the company is high. Youth population in India is high. India is also one of
the highest English speaking countries. Therefore, the human resource requirement of ShopLc
can be fulfilled in India. Indians can work in shifts. Therefore, sales management can be done
effectively in the country. Other reasons of change are increase in net profit. This will help the
company in saving high cost of human resources. Human resources are easily available in India.
The cost to the company is also less. This helps the organization in increasing the net profit.

2. Impact of change and success indicators


The change will have huge impact on areas such as increase in efficiency. The satisfaction level
of the customers will also increase. The salesperson will be able to give more time to the
customers. The headquarters will be able to manage the workforce and business process as per
the market and company’s requirement. The employees in the US will suffer retrenchment. This
may affect the image of the organization. The cost of employment in USA is higher than India.
Therefore, company can reduce the cost. This will help the organization in planning for
diversification. This will lead to various changes in the business process, the strategies and
structure of the organization may also change. The management style in India will differ from
the US. The success indicators will be reduction in operational cost. Other indicator will be
increase in net profit. High customer retention and human resources retention is the success
indicators (Bogus, 2019).

To increase the sales efficiency and to maximize the sales and profit of the organization.
