Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1⁄3 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 dash salt
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
3⁄4 cup milk
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Put cupcake liners in muffin tin.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
4. In another bowl beat together the butter and sugar and then
5. Add eggs and vanilla.
6. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to the sugar and be
sure to beat well each time!
7. Spoon batter into the muffin cups 2/3 full.
8. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the
cake comes out clean.
