2. The matler has been examined in this Department and in supersession of Para 4(a) of lhis
Department's O.M. No. 2(37)-E.ll(B)/64 dated 27.11.1965 read with Para 1(1) of 0'M

these orders issue in consultation with the Comptroller & Auditor General of lndia.
