The undersigned, as parents / legal representatives of the middle school

preschoolers
from……………………………………………………………, guided
by the teacher …………………………………………., we declare that
we agree with the reproduction, presentation and dissemination
throughout the world and for an unlimited duration of our children's
images.
We agree that the filmed and / or photographed sequences, as well as the
audio recordings during school and extracurricular activities will be used
by the group's guidance teacher, for teaching purposes, in order to
promote and popularize the image of the kindergarten. Please note that
these materials made in any media format, traditional or electronic, may
not be used for commercial purposes.
We also agree that the images with our children, photos, videos, audio
recordings should be made and used only by people who have the
consent of the teacher and / or the director of the above mentioned
educational unit (photographers, reporters, journalists, producers of
radio and TV shows, etc.).
We agree that we, the parents, do not claim any material or other
compensation for these photos / videos / recordings.
This agreement is valid during the school year 2021-2022, provided that
the provisions protecting the rights and freedoms of the minor, his
dignity and the right to his own image are respected, in accordance with
the regulations of the laws in force.
