No Clause / Item Comments / Proposal

1 Item 2 Kindly clarify on the consequence of option to termination
mentioned under this Clause espeacially on refund policy and
compensation towards advertiser.
2 Clause 5 We agree with this language SUBJECT to extension of time of
the contract to be given to Advertiser.
3 Clause 6 We propose to insert additional language to cover an event
which the display might affect or causing harm to the public or
third party property.
4 Clause 7 Kindly clarify on damage due to natural disaster such as strong
wind or heavy rain?
5 Clause 10 Kindly clarify on the resolution in the event that the Company
received instruction to remove the display material from the
site.
6 Clause 17 Propose to be applicable to both party.
Proposal 1. To insert some representation and warranty clause which
cover the following:

a. The Company represent that it has received or has

authority or licensed to utilise the site for the purpose
of executing this agreement;

2. To insert obligation clause for Company which cover as

follow:

a. To maintain the visibility of the Display Material at all

material time;

b. To acquire approval and/or to cause any relevant

license be grnated by any relevant authority for the
purpose of advertising the Display material.
