AGREEMENT ON DISPLAY MATERIAL

No Clause Comments / Proposal

We understand that Advertiser shall provide a Finised Artwork to the
Company.

However, we were informed by your goodself that the Company will assist
1 (a)
us in submitting and applying for approval on the Finised Artwork from the
Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka.

Kindly clarify on this matter.

We propose to have additional warranty on the Display Material in regard
to the:

a. Warranty on the colour for at least a period of Twelve (12) months;

and
Proposed
b. Warranty on durability of the Display Material for at least a period
2. Additional
of Twelve (12) months.
Clause
For the avoidance of doubt, in any event the Advertiser claim any of the
warranty proposed above, all cost incurred in replacing the affected Display
Material shall be fully borne by the Company including, but not limited to,
cost for replace ment, workmanship cost, transportation cost.
