Conditions of License
A lease license gives you the right to use the software for the license term identified on the
software license agreement at the designated location. Lease includes program updates,
service packs and technical support. Lease licenses are not extended automatically. They
can be extended for another year, and will be invoiced annually in advance.

A perpetual license gives you the right to use the software without time limit as identified on
the software license agreement at the designated location. TECS (Technical Enhancements
Customer Support) that includes program updates, service packs and technical support is
included for the first year. It will not be automatically extended and can be renewed yearly
for extension.

Terms of payment and delivery

• Prices are inclusive of PPN 10%
• Currency exchange assumed at 1 USD = Rp 14.850. A 3% rate fluctuation should
invoke price adjustment/refund at remittance.
• Payment: T/T in advance upon order confirmation.
• Validity: 15-10-2020, thereafter subject to confirmation.
