RE : LETTER OF INTENT
APPOINTMENT AS DEVELOPER TO PRODUCE A DEMO
TRAILER

We refer to the above matter.

We are pleased to inform you of our intention to appoint you as a Developer to provide
development services to produce a 'multimedia software racing game product with in-game
advertising content management system' for iOS and Android mobile devices entitled

Prior to any formal appointment of you as the developer, you are required to produce a Demo
Trailer at the costs of RM15,000.00, which shall be paid to you upon your agreement to this
letter of intent.

The compensation for the Demo Trailer covers delivery for a single version of the Demo Trailer
made as per our instruction and shall be based on the Attachment A. In the event of any
amendments or any subsequent changes and versions, we shall compensate you on a time and
materials basis.

You are to provide us with the reasonable quotations prior to your agreement to this letter of
intent.

Any further appointment of you as the developer after the Demo Trailer will be communicated
to you and as per the terms agreed upon by both parties.

Both parties hereby acknowledges that the Intellectual Property of the Demo Trailer belongs to
us and the production of the Demo Trailer will be maintained in confidence confidentiality by
you.
