長期間使用しない場合のお手入れ ◆ Maintenance when the printer remains unused for a long period
＜事前に行うこと＞
下記の場合は、取扱説明書の該当手順を実行してください。
・電源OFF状態で24時間以上経過するとき：
　　　取扱説明書「6.3.1.1 長期間の電源OFFをする前に」の手順
・5色使用時にスリープモードのまま72時間以上経過するとき：
　　　取扱説明書「6.3.1.3 長期間のスリープモードに入る前に（5色使用時）」の手順

＜定期的に行うこと＞
・5色使用時：
　「インク置換」を行って長期間スリープモードを続ける場合は、7日毎にインクパックを振ってください。
・4色使用時：
　製品を長期間使用しない場合、１週間に１度インクパックを振った後、クリーニングを実行し、ノズルチェックで
目詰まりがないことを確認してください。その後、下記「日常のお手入れ」の手順に従って必ずメンテナンスを行
ってください。
<Up-front Operations>
In the following cases, perform the appropriate procedures in the operation manual.
When the printer is turned off and unused for more than 24 hours:
Refer to the procedure “6.3.1.1 Before turning OFF the printer for long storage” in the operation manual.
When the printer is in the sleep mode and unused for more than 72 hours with using 5-color set:
Refer to “6.3.1.3 Before using sleep mode for a long time(for 5-color set)” in the operation manual.

<Periodic Operations>
For 5-color set:
When the printer is in the sleep mode for a long period after “Ink Replacement”, shake the ink bags once every 7
days.
For 4-color set:
When the printer is unused for a long period, shake the ink bags once a week, then perform the cleaning and check if
there is no nozzle clogging. After this procedure, make sure to perform the “Daily Maintenance” procedures below.

日常のお手入れ ◆ Daily Maintenance

1日の作業終了後には、以下の手順に従って必ずメンテナンスを行ってください。

At the end of printer operation, be sure to follow the following maintenance procedures.

1 (a)専用洗浄液、(b)プラスチックカップ、(c)スポイト、(d)クリーンスティック、(e)ペーパータオルを (a)

プラスチックカップに専用洗浄液を注ぎ、クリーンスティック布部全体が浸るようにします。

※目詰まり防止のためメンテナンス作業は５分以内に完了させてください。
完了しない場合は、一度作業を中止してクリーニングを実行した後、作業を再開してください。

Prepare (a) dedicated cleaning fluid, (b) plastic cup, (c) dropper, (d) cleaning stick and
(e) paper towel.
Pour dedicated cleaning fluid in the plastic cup and dip the entire cloth tip of the cleaning stick

* To prevent the nozzle clogging, complete the maintenance within 5 minutes.
If maintenance is likely to take more than five minutes, suspend it and perform head cleaning
before resuming the maintenance.

2 スリープモードに移行、もしくは電源をOFFします。
「ＣＲメンテナンス：　Ｓｔａｒｔ」が表示されたら、Enterキーを押します。

Shift to the sleep mode, or turn off the printer.

When [CR Mainte.: Start] is displayed, press “Enter” key.

Cleaning the wiper

The carriage will move to the opposite side of the original side.
When "CR Mainte.: End" is displayed, open maintenance cover R and remove it.

4 クリーンスティックでワイパ左側面を清掃します。

6 スポイトを使用して、汚れていない専用洗浄液をワイパ全体に垂らします。

（使用量　0.5ml）

※ワイパの汚れを落とすため、プラスチックカップに取り分けた専用洗浄液は 1ml
使用しないでください。

注記
・この作業は、5色使用時は不要です。
・4色使用時に「アライナガシ　シマスカ？　ハイ」を選択した場合も不要です。

Using the dropper, put unused dedicated cleaning fluid on all over the wiper.

* To clean the wiper, do not use dedicated cleaning fluid poured in the
plastic cup.
NOTE This operation is not necessary for 5 colors.
When “Wash Exe? Yes” is selected for 4 colors, this operation is also not
necessary.

 7 スポイトを使用し、キャップ吸収材全体に、汚れていない専用洗浄液を浸します。
（使用量　1.5ml）

8 ペーパータオルを専用洗浄液数滴で湿らせ、Air valveに付着したインクを
完全に拭き取ります。

※専用洗浄液が直接手に触れないように注意してください。
大気開放弁の清掃

Put a few drops of dedicated cleaning fluid on paper towel, and completely remove
the ink attached to the air releasing valve with the paper towel.

9 Maintenance cover Rを取付けて閉め、Maintenance cover Lを開けて取外します。

Attach maintenance cover R and close it. Then open maintenance cover L
and remove it.

10 メンテナンスカバーLを取り外し、ヘッド保護材をクリーンスティックで清掃します。
※ヘッド目詰まり防止のため、クリーンスティックでノズル面を絶対擦らないように
注意してください。

Remove the maintenance cover L, and clean the protective material of the print
head using the cleaning stick.

Cleaning around the print head

Using the cleaning stick, clean the area between the protective material and the
print head.
* To prevent the nozzle clogging of the print head, be careful not to rub the nozzle
surface with the cleaning stick.

12 Maintenance cover Lを取付けて閉め、Enterキーを押します。

スリープモードに移行、もしくは電源をOFFします。

Attach the “Maintenance cover L” and close the cover, then press “Enter” key.
Shift to the sleep mode, or turn off the printer.

13 清掃後、クリーンスティックは専用洗浄液に浸して保管します。
ワイパ、キャップ、大気解放弁、ヘッド周囲を常に清浄に保てるように以下の点を厳
保管時の注意点

守してください。
※クリーンスティックは一週間ごとに交換してください。
※クリーンスティックは、一旦インクが固着乾燥したものは使用しないでください。
※プラスチックカップに取り分けた専用洗浄液は、埃が入らないようにビニール袋、
ラップ等で覆って保管してください。
※プラスチックカップに取り分けた専用洗浄液は、一週間ごとに交換してください。

After cleaning, leave the cleaning stick dipped in dedicated cleaning fluid.
Please strictly adhere to the following procedures to keep the wiper, cap,
Notes for storage

air releasing valve and around the print head clean.

* Replace the cleaning stick every week.
* Do not use the cleaning stick once ink is attached and dried up.
* Using a plastic bag or wrap, cover the plastic cup with dedicated cleaning fluid
inside to keep out dust.
* Refill the plastic cup with dedicated cleaning fluid every week.
