Dhaka tribunal today sentenced two members of banned militant outfit

Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) to different terms of punishment

in a case filed over the bomb blasts at Old Dhaka's Hussaini Dalan in
October 2015.

The tribunal also fined them Tk 10,000 each, in default of which they will
have to serve six months more in jail.

The court rebuked the investigation officer of the case for not including
the names of mastermind and planners of the attack in the charge sheet.
And that's why the court failed to bring them to the book, the court said
while pronouncing the verdict.

Accused Mohammad Arman was jailed for 10 years and Kabir Hossain
for 7 years,

Six others -- Rubel Islam, Chan Miah, Omar Faruk, Ahsan Ullah Mahmud,
Shahjalal Miah and Abu Sayeed -- were acquitted as their involvement
with the incident was not proven.

Of them, Kabir Hossain, Abu Sayeed, Mohammad Arman, Rubel Islam

are now in jail while five others are on bail.
