After my analysis I think PEL stands in the position 2 where there is fast market growth as already

mentioned in report that electronic goods market is growing day by day and other than this PEL is
offering products that are energy savers and invertors which fulfill the demand of customers and on the
other hand competitive position of PEL is no doubt performing very well but its direct competitors Haier
and dawlence have more market share as its market share is on number 3 and moreover PEL is one of
the major supplier of WAPDA.

So after placing the PEL in quadrant 4 PEL have following options:

Development of Market

Penetration of Market

Development of Product

Integration ( forward, backward and vertical)

According to all matrix which we have done in this report shows that these are the best options for
which PEL can go the best option from the above strategies is integration as it will decrease their cost of
goods sold and improve overall profit of the company.

QSMP

QSPM is the technique which done to choose the best strategy from the matching of SWOT analysis and
by checking on the weights given by the EFE and IFE matrix as its provide detail information while taking
decision. QSPM is best option to decide beat strategy for PEL as it consider both internal and external
factors.

After the QSPM of PEL the best strategy is increasing the advertisement as advertisement is one of the
strongest modes to increase the sale for any company although PEL marketing team is already working
on it but still they will try to market in the areas where still PEL is not known so people can get quality
product and change their life as it’s the slogan of PEL.
