- CORPS COMMANDER - The Battalion Commander is the overall leader of the
company, everything that needs to be done must be sent through him for approval
He is chosen on many qualities such as leadership, potential, scholastics, community
service and school support.

- CORPS EX-O - He assumes the responsibility of the commander during the latter's
absence He acts as the Chief of Staff of the coordinating staff of the corps/battalion.

- CORPS G-1 - The Battalion Adjutant receives the report of the battalion formations
from the commanders, plans award ceremonies, prepares and publishes any
necessary orders for the preparation of the battalion. The S-1 maintains the cadet
records and personal files of every cadet within the battalion.

- CORPS G2 - The Battalion S-2 assist the commander and the instructor staff in
matter pertaining to unit security and enforces the provisions of the security
requirements for the battalion.

- CORPS G- 3 - The S-3 assist the commander in the preparation, conduct and
supervision of all training activities of the cadet Battalion Additionally, the S-3 keeps
the commander advised on the progress of training within the battalion.

- CORPS G-4 - The Battalion logistics or supply officer os responsible for the
maintenance, security, record keeping The S-4 coordinates the security of property

- CORPS G7- The Battalion S-7 is in charge of every special event that the unit

Army Logistics
- The process of planning and executing the sustainment of forces in support of many
operations.
- At the tactical level, it focuses on the traditional functions of providing the soldier
and his unit the required sustainment and the capability to MOVE, SHOOT and
COMMUNICATE.

Five Areas of Logistics

Supplies - include all kinds of properties except real estate.

Transportation - is movement of personnel and supplies from point to another.

Evacuation - process of moving patients from combat area or other location through
successive medical treatment.

Maintenance - maintenance supplies and equipment in operational status, restoring


to serviceable conditions.

Other services - it includes such as food, clothing ,commissaries ,health services,


mortuary and graves registration.

Classification of Supplies

NATURE

1. Expendable - are supplies which are consumable and perishable in nature.

2. Non – Expendable - Are those which are durable in nature and which in use do not
suffer any material or substantial change or alteration in their sizes or forms

SOURCE
3. Republic Supplies - those acquire or bought through appropriated or
reimbursable funds of the AFP.

4. Non-Republic Supplies - those supplies acquired other than through purchases.

Ex. MAP, FIS, CEP, SP

Non-Republic Supplies- those supplies acquired other than through purchases.

ex. MAP,FIS,CEP,RP, SP & OP

1. MAP - Supplies made available to the AFP by the US either through a grant aid at
no cost or through purchase under the Mutual Security Military Sales Program.

Found-in-Station - Unaccounted property found-in-station regardless of source.

Captured Enemy Property - Supplies captured from the enemy in the course of
military operations whether within or outside the enemy's territorial jurisdiction.

Reclaimed Property - Serviceable components reclaimed or recovered from


condemned unserviceable property.

Salvaged Property - The residue remaining after serviceable components have been
reclaimed from condemned unserviceable property.

Others Property - That does not belong to any of the above sub-classifications e.g.
confiscated or surrendered property.
