medical records . In the world of Mental Health Care, the issue of patient’s case privacy should be
carter as patients are facing the problem of Information data Privacy which affects them, the impact
of which is many cases causes contradiction and wrong treatments based on false information. A
successful solution would be maintaining a daily patient record and inform a patient about it on daily
bases.
It is simple to use, It is both quick and economical. It is concerned with the collection of patient data,
diagnosis data, and other similar information. It was formerly done by hand. The system's major task
is to register and preserve data about patients and doctors, as well as the ability to obtain and
change it effectively as needed. The input variable is to enter patient and diagnosis information into
the system, and the output variable is to display this information on the screen..
Simply putting their names, birth date, and sexuality on a slip of paper is enough to gather data.. The
Patient's information is updated as he recovers. Patients' diagnoses are frequently recorded on the
same file that includes their personal data. To lessen the quantity of paper in the office, it is burnt
after a set period of time.
For a patient who has Mental health issue, such Mental Care system should be designed which is a
software/web/mobile application that would maintain the records of patient and there treatments,
It could also maintain the patient appointments and there billing information unlike currently
system, which is maintaining the patient information on manual basis and not providing the full
security to the patients.

Admin Module:
Admin staff have the ability to add hospital workers, patients, doctors, and physicians. Admin has the
ability to change and remove information. Billing will be taken care of as well. Admin will also use the
appointments module to schedule doctor appointments. Assign different roles to different employees,
such as a front desk executive who can book or schedule appointments. Admin can assign doctors to
patients, or the front desk can do so while scheduling appointments.
Doctor Module:
The doctor will look through his schedule and meet with the patients. He or she can store information
about the patient's ailment, his or her family's history, and vital statistics. These data will be saved using
separate settings. A report of the patient-related visit data is also available to the doctor. The doctor will
also prescribe drugs, with the option of using the same ones. Scans or X-Rays can also be ordered as lab
tests by the doctor ( a separate option will be provided to enter the same). If there is a diet plan, the
doctor will be given the choice to save it.
Appointment Module:
The patient module will have the ability to see the patient history report, family history, and details of
the ailment, as well as any tests that have been requested. The report will also include the medications
that have been prescribed. A doctor can also look over a visit-by-visit report before examining a patient.
Only doctors and administrators will have access to this module. Reports such as visit reports and
medication history reports will be available to print.
Patient Module:
This module will allow Admin, front desk staff, and nurses to view appointments for a doctor login. It will
allow for appointment booking in advance as well as walk-in sessions. For walk-in appointments, the
option will be presented to pick the doctor for whom an appointment must be scheduled or assigned. It
will be possible to cancel or amend scheduled appointments, such as changing the designated doctor or
changing the appointment date.
Billing Module
Only the Admin and front desk will have access to this module. It will be possible to generate bills for
walk-in patients, hospitalised patients, and so forth. The option to select service types such as doctor
visit charges, diagnostic charges, emergency service prices, and so on will be available.

system can do their check up regularly by themselves due to daily busy activities. The users just need to
answer certain question based on the disease sections; either stress, depression or anxiety. Nowadays,
there are people who are scared to receive bad news especially regarding their health conditions as it is
related with live or dead. By having this system, it can help the users to be prepared physically and
mentally, as the users will get the early view about their diseases.
This system also can help those who are always taking care of themselves by giving the diagnosis about
their health. It also can help these users to save their money and time by not having to queue and wait
for the doctors if their symptoms are not too risky.
Furthermore, this research also proved that multiple decision analysis is suitable to develop medical-
based system. Last but not least, through this research, people can gain awareness that most of the
disease that we take lightly for sure can be silent killer such as anxiety, stress and depression
LIMITATION
The user only can check-up on their symptoms that are related with stress, depression and anxiety only;
as those diseases are the only been covered in this system. So this is one of the limitations of the system
as it can only detect certain diseases only.
Secondly, there is no automatic treatment for patients, they need to make appointment for the medical
practitioners in order to get full diagnosis about their diseases. However, if the symptoms are not too
risky, a bit guidance on how to reduce the symptoms will be displayed as the result.
Last but not least, the biggest constraint is unable to find a specialist of this field as interviewee. The
asked doctor is more to internal medicine instead of mental health. So, sadly said the data, knowledge
and facts might be a little bit diverge from the true facts.

RECOMMENDATION
In order to improve the performance of the system, there is some recommendation that should be
considered. Firstly, try to find the interviewee that can give us the true facts, for example, find a
specialist of the field that we decided to research on. By doing so, we can get the accurate data and
judgments from them as well as large data scale to ensure that future result and recommendation are
extremely accurate and precise.
Next, try to use the method and algorithm that more complex and advanced to enhance the system such
as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Fuzzy Logic. For example, AI is widely used in prediction and estimation
system, the capability of the technology to decide for itself is what people want nowadays. It is for sure
can help many more people with this kind of ability. The result will become more precise and reliable
because the system is well-trained using the selected data. The selected data usually the raw or real data
from some institution which willing to provide a bunch of data to the developer.
