Dear Parents,

Shri Gurubhyo Namaha!

At the outset we would like to thank the parents for supporting us in the vaccination drive at
our school premises on the 6th January’22. Everything went on smoothly and as per the plan.

Looking at the increase in the number of Covid cases in Chennai and a few staff & students
also getting affected, we are a little worried about conducting classes physically at school.

Therefore we have decided to go online for classes 9 to 12 from 10th to 31st January, 2022.
The PT3 assessment scheduled from 19th January will be conducted online.

We will keep monitoring the situation and if all goes well we will resume physical classes from
1st February, 2022 for classes 9 to 12. Of course we will have to abide by the guidelines issued
by the government.

We are unable to commit anything on the transportation facility right now. With the limited
number of students utilizing the facility, the cost will naturally be very high that might not be
acceptable to the parents.

We request the parents to ensure that their wards attend the online classes and adhere to
the instructions given by the teachers. We will be focussing on completing the portions for
Term 2 and preparing the students of classes 10 & 12 for the board exam. The year-end exam
for classes 9 & 11 will be held from the second week of February and we will start the next
academic session for them in March’22.
