R1 Expectation 
1. Minimum Graduate
2. IMPORTANT Candidate should be able to give self-introduction without stopping
3. Confidence should be 10/10
4. English rating can be – 3/5
5. Local language strictly – 5/5
6. Structure thinking – 4/5
7. Logical thinking-4/5
8. Should have own laptop + bike + android mobile
9. Candidate should be ready to relocate if required for training
i. (Travel + accommodation will be taken care by company itself)
10. Candidate should know to use MS office
11. Mother Tounge influence while speaking in English should not be much
12. IMPORTANT Candidate should have complete knowledge about Byju’s + Toppr + edtech
industry.
13. Candidate should be ready for field Sales.

 Call time on daily basis
 Meetings with the customer on weekly basis
 Revenue generate on weekly basis
 If you fail to reach on target, you have to work on week offs also .
