Dear Dragon,
The purpose of this letter is to convince you about the hotel, Ehden Mountain
Resort. It will include the main points to stick with in order to choose wisely.
Ehden is a wonderful place, tourists are attracted to it. So even if they are already a
lot of hotels, it will not be a loss to build a new one. In addition, the idea of hotel,
emerged in the forest, might have a relaxing effect on the guests. The team of
Ehden Mountain Resort has presented a lot of ideas that are fundamental for guest
attraction. The cuisines of the restaurant are very popular and do not need any
extras to be imported from outside Lebanon, the cuisines were Lebanese, Chinese,
Italian, and American. From another side, the activities are not only attracting
adrenaline junkies, but also normal guests. For example, hiking trips in the
mountain can be dangerous. The team also mentioned mountain trips that will take
the guests to explore some of Lebanon’s beautiful scenes. Finally, the events listed
are a good source of high income like New year’s party, and Karaoke nights.
The team of Oceanholic had also a lot of good ideas; however, the location is no
suitable for a hotel. It is known that Mina, location of Ocenholic, is a polluted
place. Researches recently proven that the Mina coast is one of the most polluted
coasts in Lebanon; in addition, the sewage system of Tripoli city goes straight to
Mina coast and is ejected into water. From the other side, the team mentioned that
one of the cuisines is Hawaiian; however, by importing the food from Hawaii to
Lebanon taxes will take the price of a meal to five times higher as any normal meal
in Lebanon. At the end what will really matter is the time and budget of a hotel.
The project Oceanholic will take more than three times the budget of the project
Ehden Mountain Resort; in addition, the project Oceanholic cannot be started
before at least fifteen years because the Mina coast and water must be cleaned up
first, and the whole infrastructure of the sewage system must be re-planned.
In conclusion, Ehden Mountain Resort is well-suited for the needs of Ehden, even
if it already contains a large number of hotels. The customers in Lebanon are
looking for a place to relax far away from big cities.
