OPERATING MANUAL FOR FEEDER PILLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM

METERING PANEL

1. Operating works should be carry out by competent person.

2. Check the status of incoming TNB supply distributed to the main meter panel
by guided the indicator light (incoming R, Y, B). Indicator light in the ON state
when supply distributed to the meter panel while in the OFF state no supply
distributed to the meter panel.

3. Then turn ON Modular Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) and make sure the
indicator light (outgoing R, Y, B) in the ON state.

4. Check voltage with volt meter reading for make sure voltage supply 415V
TPN and 240 SPN.

5. Changeover Switch is turn on to distributed for F/P 2, F/P3 and F/P 4.

6. Make sure all feeder pillars distributed with check the indicator light (outgoing
R, Y, B) is in the ON state and volt meter reading.

FEEDER PILLAR (F/P2, F/P3 & F/P4)

1. Operating works should be carry out by competent person.

2. To ensure that supply distributed by the meter panel by guided the light
indicator (incoming R, Y, B) for all feeder pillars. Indicators light in the ON
state, supply distributed while the indicator lamp in the OFF state no supply
distributed.

3. After the check supply, turn on fuse switch.

4. C / O selector switch can be set at AUTO, OFF & MANUAL. For run the
system in auto, C / O switch set at AUTO which for run in a manual system, C
/ O switch set at MANUAL. For turn off the system, C / O switch set at OFF.

5. Check voltage with volt meter reading for make sure voltage supply 415V
TPN and 240 SPN.

6. Setting Time Switch base local time.

7. The indicator light (outgoing R, Y, B) is on, operating system at on states.

8. Make sure all MCB turn on for all street lighting circuit.

FEEDER PILLAR (F/P1 & F/P5)

1. Operating works should be carry out by competent person.

2. Check the status of TNB supply is distributed to the feeder pillar by guided the
indicator light (incoming R, Y, B). Indicator light in the ON state when supply
distributed to the meter panel while in the OFF state no supply distributed to
the meter panel.

3. After the check supply, fuse switch turned on.

4. Then turn ON Modular Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) and make sure the
indicator light (outgoing R, Y, B) is in the ON state.

5. C / O selector switch can be set at AUTO, OFF & MANUAL. For run the
system in auto, C / O switch is set at AUTO which for run in a manual system,

DISTRIBUTION BOARD (D/B) FOR BUS STOP

1. Operating works should be carry out by competent person.

2. Check the supply status by using test pen at incoming MCCB terminal to
make sure supply distributed by feeder pillar and turn on the MCCB.

3. Push test button at RCCB to make sure in good condition.

4. Turn on MCB for all outgoing circuit.

DISTRIBUTION BOARD (D/B) FOR PEDESTRIAN BRIDGH

1. Operation works should be carry out by competent person.

2. Check the supply status by using test pen at incoming MCCB terminal to
make sure supply distributed by incoming TNB supply and turn on the MCCB.

3. Push test button at RCCB to make sure in good condition

4. Turn on MCB for outgoing circuit.
