3. Drive out the pump rotor carrier by carefully tapping on the gear teeth. Use a mallet and a brass drift.
4. Remove the pump rotor carrier as well as the inner and outer pump rotor.

5. Remove the plugs (2 pcs.) and copper gaskets (2 pcs.) for the non-return valves.

7. Remove the seats (2 pcs) for the non-return valves. Use suitable puller. Remove and discard the O-rings (2 pcs).

4. Spring retainer with spring
10. Clean and inspect the dismantled parts for damage and wear. Change parts as needed.
Assembling
11. Install the spring retainer with spring, washer and lock ring to the overflow valves (2 pcs).
NOTE!
Make sure that the lock ring is pressed well into the groove.
Screw down the plugs slightly under the oil pump housing's face.
Tightening torque: Dropbox, tightening torque

12. Install new O-rings on the seats for the non-return valves.

13. Lubricate the balls (2 pcs) and seats (2 pcs) for the non-return valves with hypoid oil, GO102 or equivalent. Install the
non-return valves (2 pcs) and the lock rings (2 pcs).
NOTE!
Make sure that the lock ring is pressed well into the groove.
14. Install the copper gaskets (2 pcs.) and the plugs (2 pcs.) for the non-return valves.
Tightening torque, see: Dropbox, tightening torque

15. Grease the pump rotors with hypoid oil, GO102 or equivalent.
Install the outer and the inner pump rotor as well as the pump rotor carrier.

16. Install and tighten the bolts for the pump rotor carrier.
