Dear Sir,

This has reference to the housing loan of Rs.33,60,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Lakhs Sixty
Thousand Only) sanctioned under Home Loan account No. 620172306 of which an amount of Rs.
31,50,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) is disbursed by HDFC Ltd, to Mr.
Kaustubha S Gudi (hereinafter referred to as ‘the said borrower’) in terms of loan agreements
dated 25" July 2016 for purchase of property” FLAT-001,FLOOR-GF, SAI PARIMAL APARTMENT, CTS
99/C,5TH CROSS,MALAMADDI STATION ROAD,SAPTAPURA, DHARWAD - 580001 (hereinafter
referred to as ‘the said property’).

The said loans was disbursed in terms of the said loan agreement/s consequent and subsequent to
Tripartite Agreement dated 21.06.2016 executed between HDFC, the said Borrower and you (M/s.
Citrus Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd ) , in terms whereof the said housing loans of 33,60,000/-was secured
by first equitable mortgage of the said property.

The said Tripartite agreement inter alia casts an obligation to perform in terms of the loan
agreement which the Borrower has failed to undertake and has been defaulting in repaying the said
loan. He has not paid the Equated Monthly Installment (EMIs) / PEMIs for a consecutive period of
25 Months resulting in accumulation of huge arrears in his loan account. Our repeated reminders,
letters, emails and personal visits have elicited no response from the said borrower.

Accordingly we hereby invoke the provisions of the said Tripartite agreement and in terms of the
default committed, call upon your company to cancel the allotment.

Accordingly, we hereby request you to kindly cancel the allotment of the said property made in
favor of the said borrower and arrange to refund, in terms of the Tripartite agreement, directly to
HDFC.
