    Gender inequality or in other words, gender discrimination refers to unfair


    rights between male and female based on different gender roles, which leads
    to unequal treatment in life. It is an issue that has been debated for many
    decades.

    Gender discrimination on Women:


    Women, compared to men, face greater
    challenges when it comes to practicing
    and advancing their careers
    Balancing the job expectations and
    responsibilities at home is a difficult
    task for women.
    Women, especially mothers are likely to
