1. FDA Status: Feed mill license required if the source of Clopidol contains more than 11.4 g/lb. (2.5%).

WARNING STATEMENT REQUIRED: Withdraw 5 days before slaughter if given at level of 0.0250% or reduce level to
0.0125% 5 days before slaughter. Do not feed to chickens over 16 weeks of age.

slaughter.

degree of exposure and amount of feed eaten.

Turkeys Clopidol 0.0125% or 0.0250% For the prevention of leucocytozoonosis
(113.5 or 227 g/ton) caused by Leucocytozoon smithi in
turkeys grown for meat purposes only.
