1. Why do you think doing regular exercises can boost our immune
system?
-Regular exercise might help you strengthen your immune system
and fight infections. Decreases stress and inflammation, and
helps enhance antibodies, allowing immune cells to function
more efficiently. It can improve blood flow, eliminate bacteria
from your airways, induce a temporary rise in body temperature
that may be beneficial, build antibodies to help fight infection,
and lower stress hormones. There are a variety of hypotheses on
how exercise strengthens the immune system, and it's likely that
this occurs in a variety of ways. Physical activity may help flush
bacteria out of the lungs and airways. This may reduce your
chance of getting a cold, flu, or other illness. Exercise causes
change in antibodies and white blood cells (WBC). WBCs are the
body's immune system cells that fight disease.

you burn each day. It can also help you maintain and gain lean

3. How will you encourage people to participate and do exercises as a
daily routine?

- Schedule a time each day for an outdoor activity with family and
friends. Hike a local nature trail or ride a bicycle path. Schedule family
playtime. Take a walk or play a family game of tag after dinner each
night. We know that exercise is great for our minds and bodies, but
sometimes it’s challenging to maintain interest. That’s why exercising
