Ingredients of Ginger Chicken Masala 4 Servings
~ 4 chicken legs 100 gm finely chopped onion
= teaspoon finely chopped ginger ~ 1 teaspoon red chil powder
= 2euny leaves 100 mi refined oil
~ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon finely chopped.peeled ginger
= teaspoon grated coconut ~ 2 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
In a blender, put black pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and grated coconut, Addie water to
it and grind to a smooth paste. Now heat alin a pan over mecium flame.

‘Saute the onions tl they turn slightly pinkish in hue, Add the curry leaves and ginger together
‘and reduce the flame to low. Cook for about 30 to 60 seconds or til ragrant. Then add red chill

112 tablespoon mint leaves,
~ 2 tablespoon coriander leaves

= ¥2 tablespoon gare paste

Step 1
Wash the chicken lag pleces and pat them dry. Prepare a marinade with yoghurt, salt, turmeric
powder, red chill powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, lemon julce, coriander leaves, mint
leaves, mustard oil, green chill, ginger & gare paste. Wher
