The Flag of the Revolution. the three K's
stood for Kataas-taasang Kagalang-

Bayan. Before the three K's, the early
version of it is the single K which
characterized all the revolutionary to the
Katipunan. Followed by the three triangle
K's

the rising sun to symbolize the first
eight provinces that were put under
martial law by the spanish
authorities

(Llanera's Skull). Bonifacio's Flag. made by
women members of the Katipunan just before
the revolution, this flag was first used of the
Cry of Pugad Lawan which took place on
August 23, 1896

forces in the Naic, Cavite
Assembly on March 17, 1897

Gregorio del Pilar's Flag. This was the

first among the Katipunan flags to the
three colors: red, blue, and black. The
tri-colours flag of del Pilar was used in
the Battle of Pasong Balite, Bulacan
and his last stand. Battle on the Tirad
Pass, Ilocos Sur on December 2, 1899

The Present FLag has adopted the
features of all the previous

Day
Katipunan flags. It was waved in
the Balcony of General Emilio
Aguinaldo six weeks after the
Battle of Manila Bay.
