Even we are fat or thin, healthy or sick, it is good to follow some nutrition

rules. One of these, and perhaps the most important, is the breakfast rule. It's good
to always have breakfast. It is always good to pour gasoline into the personal tank.
The second important rule is to have small and frequent meals. It is not good to eat
infrequently, because then we assimilate a lot and gain weight. And our body is a
factory that works constantly and therefore needs a regular supply of raw materials.
It is good to drink plenty of water. Just as we wash on the outside, we must wash
on the inside. And water is part of all the metabolic reactions of the human body. It
is good not to consume sweet concentrate after 17:00 - 18:00, because starting with
that time, our body does not need such a large addition of energy. Basically, we eat
concentrated foods like fruits and sweet concentrate when we need this energy
intake. Before physical activity or when we have a harder period, from an
intellectual point of view, but not in the evening before going to bed. At that
moment, sweets are just a reward that will turn into fat and cause weight gain. It is
good to eat food that is simply prepared, fried, boiled or baked, because these are
the healthiest ways to cook. In this way, foods are not very concentrated in calories
and do not contain so many oxidizing substances that make us age. Fruits are
essential foods for the intake of vitamins and minerals. We never eat them as
dessert at the table, as our grandparents taught us. Fruits are always eaten between
meals and never at bedtime, possibly before exercise. It is good to eat unprepared
fruit, not in the form of juices, but as such, because in this way we develop good
chewing and we make some effort when we consume them. Do not omit
vegetables from the diet, especially vegetables rich in beta-carotene, which contain
many antioxidants. It is very good for us to drink tea. Tea is a plant that contains
many antioxidants. Our health needs to get used to drinking tea. Do not swallow.
Eat and chew slowly because the meal also requires a little respect, at least 10-15
minutes for a meal.
