Question No 5:
If, I am an accounting manager of medium sized company and my employee
will miss the 2 weeks of work in 2 months and his work is not done in time. In
this kind of situation, first I will speak to that accountant about this work and
the issue is formed due to his activities. I will listen to his problem or answer
regarding this issue. During this discussion, I will try to listen to his perspective
regarding to this issue and try to figure out the best possible solution mutually to
this issue. If the accountant did that activity again and creates an issue then I
will write him a memo of warning. In that memo, I will tell him about issue
arise with his activities and warm him about his activities or work that will not
entertain anymore, if any kind of issue arise anymore through his sides. I think
after this, the issue will never arise again through his side. If in any case, the
issue arises then the accountant will not be entertained anymore. The accountant
will be fired from the job. I will act like this if any kind of this type of situation
created.

Question 6:
National Pride
WHILE in Turkey recently, I was amazed to notice the nationalism and love the Turks clearly
have for their country. Be it a small piece of chocolate or a giant machine, 90 per cent of the
things are made in Turkey. In contrast, we Pakistanis feel pride in purchasing imported
products.
The Turks feel pride in speaking their language, and even the official government papers at
international level are in the Turkish language because they do not want to associate
themselves with the Western culture and its language.
Although Urdu is our national language, it is a fact that we feel pride in speaking English. We
are so influenced by Western culture that we feel embarrassed when someone close to us
struggle with the English language in a social environment.
We should learn from our Turk brethren in every sphere of life instead of only watching
Turkish soaps and plays on TV.
