Once the candidate is finalised, the documents are collected for the HR discussion as per the check list. After verified the candidates
documents, then the candidates are sent for Pre-employment medical test as per the company policy.
If the candidate fails in any of these rounds, he/she will intimated about not being selected on same day and then sourcing
process starts again. TAT average time 60 days

Work on replacement, in case of any candidates who are "aborts" (candidates who do not join,
after being offered) Good exposure with candidate management and Stake holder’s management,

Joining Formalities
Once the date of joining is confirmed, the information is then provided to the HR, Administration, HSE (Health Safety Environment)
and IT departments for making the necessary arrangements as per the company policy.
The employee reports to the HR department and an appointment letter is then issued and joining formalities are taken ahead. A
welcome mail is released and induction is provided to the employee Joining formalities is completed within 2 working days.
Verifying documents once again for new joiners and creating new personal file Issuing offer/appointment letter/ creating ID card
and joining kit to the new joiners.
Coordination for new account opening Finally sending them to concern department.
Employee Background Verification Services comprises of the following checks. Employment Verification, Professional Reference
Check, Education Verification, Address Verification Indian Criminal Record Verification, Compliance and Criminal Database Check, if

Letter Correspondence & HRIS


Responsible for all the letter correspondence like o"er letter, Appointment letter, FTC, Regular pertaining to HR. Viz,
Confirmation/Probation/Termination/transfers/Increment letter / Service letteretc. Updating & confidentially maintaining the HRIS
database &employee Files.
