KEY QUALIFICATION:
MY DUTIES IN POINTS
The following points shortly can explain my duties as Senior cost controller of the
following mentioned projects:
- Controlling the requested material from main office through request (steel –cement –
bitumen - wood-shuttering material – pipes – guardrail - signboards….etc) making the
request, following the purchasing process with main store, receiving by site store, and
doing the stock report with value for all the material at site. Analysing the consumption
of the material with performance report.
-Controlling the equipment cost and making the calculation for all the equipment cost at
site in monthly reports, that calculation including the diesel consumption, rental rate,
service and spare parts.
-Making monthly reports for the actual cost for all the activity at site (Embankment- Sub
Base – ABC – Asphalt – Culvert -utilities-street lighting- Riprap – Slope
Protection…….etc) comparing it with the estimated cost and reporting that to the
management.
-Calculating the actual cost for the crusher plants, Screening, concrete plant, wet mix
plant and asphalt plants and indicating the cost of produced material at site.

- Can work on itwo programme as a beginner user.
- Checking with the monthly cost objective list, making required correction and approve
for it.
Working as senior cost controller with Strabag Oman LLC at Oman in the
following projects
1- Duqm show room road, for the period from August 2019 till date (Value of the project
R.O. 1,480,264.00 )
2- Upgrading of Sinaw- Mahout – Duqm road project Part II, for the period from January
2014 till July 2019 (Value of the project R.O. 51,330,229.00 )
3- Infrastructure works project at Duqm port, for the period from November 2011 to
January 2014. ( Value of the project R.O. 71,624,486.00)
4- Construction of Sohar Air Port project (Phase 1 & Phase 2) for the period from
September 2009 to November 2011. ( Value of the Project R.O 63,770,393.00)
5- Construction of Thumrait Marmul Road project – Dhofar area for the period from
January 2009 to September 2009 (Value of the project around 1,000,000.00)
6- Construction of Zahboon and Barabzoon Road project – Dhofar Area for the period
from April 2007 till January 2009 (Value of the project around 1,200,000.00)
7-Construction of Nizwa Jibreen Road project - Internal region – for the period from April
2006 to April 2007 (Value of the project around 18,000,000.00)
