POLICY
The Hotel's assets are not limited to its building grounds and furnishings. Intangible property such as vital
information, business leads, financial information and other materials should be safeguarded as securely
as other more obvious Hotel assets.
All financial reports, sales activities, supplier and customer details should be secured at all times.
Information such as those mentioned above should not be left out in the open or unattended on desks and
filing cabinets.
Any financial and operating details should not leave the building without the General Manager's approval.
Any financial and operating details should not be discussed or exchanged with a competitor or supplier
without the General Manager's approval.
All employees are discouraged from discussing confidential hotel business with outsiders.
