WHO DO WE SERVE?
We sell our products directly to commercial, industrial, and wholesale customers as well as NGO such
as the United Nations. We enter into supply contracts with our customers and require customers to
purchase a minimum amount of specified petroleum products at sub-market prices during each
period of the contract.

global customer's operations as well as their respective refining and marketing network.

HOW DO WE BUY AND SELL?
Due to the difficulty of the transactions and the high monetary value
of the operation(s) and of the fuels/oils, S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI
has implemented a very detailed procedure with minor distinctions
on the terms for each transaction and/or contract. We will require

bond from the buyer of fuels/oils as well

under any of the following scenarios:

in the fuel tanker chartering industry, placing the whole world within our reach. Through
knowledge of the world tanker fleet, close relations to the ship-owners and the charterers,
we will be able to reach our established goals. Our extensive knowledge of the worldwide
tanker markets ensure that we can offer our group a service that ensures an optimum return
on their investment. Some fuel companies prefer to incur the cost of outsourcing their
charter needs, S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI chose to have an in-house specialized staff for the

S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI transport crude oil from producing leases, international oil trading centers
and ships delivering cargoes of oil.
As an independent shipping company , S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI does not drill for oil. It purchases a
variety of feedstocks and is able to adjust its feedstock mix based on market conditions.
S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI is always seeking new ways to improve operations and use its contracted
refinery network synergies for the benefit of the customer.
This storage facility will be the center hub for the distribution of all the fuels that are refined in our
contracted facilities and shipped via GLOBAL to all our customers in the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean
Basin. Customers will also be able to purchase our fuels FOB at the refineries that we have contracted.
The crude oil is immediately placed in holding tanks for further refining into the following products:

1. United States and Europe Markets

Once those documents are signed the Buyer will make a new LOI (formatted and addressed to the S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI with the same request ).
The S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI (Sales Desk) will contact the Buyer to verify, confirm the request and request the Buyer his company´s commercial details which will be utilized
for the making of the Draft Contract that will be then sent for revision by the Buyer.
If Table Top Meeting (TTM) agreeable and where applicable is scheduled, so further discussion and fine-tuning of the contract takes place directly between the parties.
• The payment terms are to be discussed in a TTM after Draft Contract revision
• There are no discounts for there is no prior relationship with a new Buyer, however further ahead in the contract a discount might be applied once a relationship is developed.
• Contracts for US and European Ports are open for upgrade and revision every 3 months.
• The price is always of the dayly rate for all products + Facilitation Fee per Metric Ton, Gallon or Barrel ( For CIFs Transportation Cost will be applied)
• It is of paramount importance for the Buyer to prove his legitimacy by presenting the Logistical Capacity Letter issued by the Shipper ( FOB) or from the Tank Farm ( CIF) addressed
to that Buyer stating the existence and readiness of the Logistical Structure for the transaction for the 1st lift and subsequent
Asian and Middle Eastern Markets
Large monthly quantities of LNG and LPG from the most powerful gas supplier in Russia. LOI, CP and Letter of Logistics will be required to start the

Also, the buyer should be ready to pay real market price which currently differs drastically from Henry Hub.
We can arrange transport of large quantities of various petroleum products from the verified supplier in Saudi Arabia. CP ,LOI and Logistics will be
required to initiate the communication. Procedures will differ depending on the product and Buyer capacity.
Compliance requirements to get petroleum products from Major Russian Petroleum Suppliers
The buyer should be an established company, at least 7 years old, with considerable revenue, proven past performance, and the ability to buy 100k -
200k of product per month.
1. The company should be able to use its own funds, and to show POF for a yearly product supply.
2. The company that does not have its own funds, and wants to get the credit from the bank to fulfill its contract obligations, will be rejected.
3.Off-shore companies are prohibited for direct contract with Russian Majors, and they will be rejected.
4. The company will have to provide CP, LOI and Letter of Logistics to S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI .
5.If the buyer passes S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI Due Diligence, signs CPA, CONFIDENTIALITY AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS Agreement with S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI
6.The company grants the S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI designated Officer an Authorization Letter with full authority to
conduct negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
7.S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI Officer will have to travel to Russia - expends are supported by the Buyer - No exceptions.
8.The buyer´s bank should be one of the Top 25 World banks, or the request might be rejected.
S.C. SERVIZI COMMERCIALI reserves the right to change its operating bank(s) to any top 50 World Banks
and it is restricted and prohibited to contact the buyer’s bank without prior approval in writing by S.C.
