VI. PROJECT BACKGROUD

The OMCM are making a community service project during this


COVID-19 pandemic to spread hope and kindness for the citizens of the
Barangay

This project aims to help citizen in the community by giving basic


needs for their health and safety, something essential. Even with small
projects, our organization wishes to assist. We are all aware that our future
in this pandemic is not a play on words.
VII. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The OMCM organization wants to show awareness to everyone


that, “Taking responsibility for one’s actions what heals the world”. The
group was able to help the people of the barangay during this pandemic.
Here are the goals and objectives of our project:

* to help the people in barangay this COVID-19 pandemic.


* to give the people what their basic needs this pandemic.
* to make the community members healthy at this time of pandemic

VIII. BENEFICIARIES

The Community Service Project: Giving facemask and alcohol in


the Barangay will be benefited to the following:

* Residence of the Barangay


* Community
* Environment

IX. PROBLEM STATEMENT

We established this organization to address the issues and concerns of


residents in the Barangays, by implementing actions and projects to assist
them during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of problems that their
experiencing during this pandemic is that some citizens are having
difficulties accessing basic needs.

X. PLANNING

- We meet through Google meet to plan


- Gather necessary resources to implement the project
- We put together a list of community service project ideas, and one of the
chosen projects is to give them facemask and alcohol
- Prepare the equipment to be used for the project
- Finalize the details and circumstantial of the project before fully
executing it.

XI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION


To assess the effectiveness of the program plan, the provision of masks
and alcohol will be recorded. This variable will be monitored through
documentation by the member of the OMCM before the start and at the end
of the program. OMCM will launch the project between February 25, 2022
and March 10, 2022. They made sure that while working on this project,
the members of OMCM must protect the safety of everyone else,
particularly themselves. For the reason that they are the ones in charge of
this endeavor in the midst of the pandemic. They ensure that all health
procedures are followed and that all goods to be given are in fine
conditions and in good working order. In sequence to monitor the program,
each member of the organization is responsible for completing their tasks
so that the project can be executed with ease, and they must record and
submit all the documentations they have gathered as a grow of
accomplishment.
