I. INTRODUCTION [2:00-3:00 PM]
I.1 Opening Prayer

Instruction:
1. All must form a line and arrange
yourselves by Birthdate from youngest
to eldest in 60 seconds.
2. By order, each of you will pick a random
Card. The color of the card tells what
team you would be in. To those who
picked Black they will stay on the right
side, while Red, will stay on the left
side.
3. Each of the two groups will name their
team, anything about MUSIC, and
create a YELL with the Tiktok trending
dance Paro-Paro G, having one member
to be focused on the center. And you
will be given 10 minutes to
choreograph. *The best choreography
will be given a Prize, otherwise
Consolation*
4. You are given 5 minutes to warm-up
and prepare before the consecutive
team-building activities.
II. TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES
A. Sack-Pair Volleyball (/30 Points) [3:00-3:25]
Instruction:
1. Each team must choose 2 pairs of members
to play. The remaining members will serve as a
SUB or substitute.
Volleyball game, however serving and pounding
the ball will not be used by the hands, but by a
Sack (Sako). So, EACH PAIR will use the Sack to
serve and pound the ball.
3. Changing courts or switching places will be
done once either Teams has accumulated 15
Points.
4. The game will end once the 1st and 2nd
round is done.
5. The total accumulated points of each team
from the 1st and 2nd round will be tallied at the
end of the game.
Note: There will be a 5 minute break after the
game
B. Longest Tower Activity (/20 Points) [3:30-3:40]
Instruction:
1. Each team will be given 2 Matches and 1 Stick
Glue.
2. All members of the team will create a
standing Match Tower using a Stick Glue as the
sticking material. It is up for the teams to be
innovative.
3. The team with the Longest made Tower
standing on the ground, given "10 minutes"
time duration, will be the Winning Team having
20 points, while the Losing Team will be given 5
consolation points.
C. Dodge Play (/25 Points) [3:40-4:00]
Instruction:
1. Both teams will play the Dodge-ball game.
There are two rounds of the game, consisting of
a HITTER team and the opposing team, as the
DODGER team in every round.
2. The Hitters will stay on both opposite sides of
the area, while the Dodgers will stay on the
middle area.
3. Once a Dodger Team player has been hit by a
ball, then he will be automatically out of the
game.
4. Among the rwo rounds, the Hitter team who
is the fastest to hit and eliminate all of the
players of the Dodger Team , based on the
Stopwatch will be the Winner.
5. The Winning Team will gain 25 points while
the Losing Team will gain 10 consolation points.
6. And to know who will be the Hitter Team of
the 1st round, a Head-Tails coin toss will be
conducted before the game.
A member will be disqualified if:
a. He hits the head of a dodger.
b. If a hitter crosses inside the boundary.
D. Lava Walk (/20 points) [4:00-4:15]
 Instruction:
1. Each Team will be given sheets of Manila
Paper corresponding to the number of
members of the team plus an extra manila
paper. (Ex: If a team consists of 7 members,
then they'll be given 8 manila papers)
2. Everyone must treat the field as a Volcanic
Lava, and each manila paper will be treated as a
stepping stone.
3. At first, every member of the team must
stand on their respective Manila Paper, forming
a straight line towards the opposing chair. The
extra manila paper should be put at the back of
the last member.
4. The mechanics of the game is just simple.
Each team must walk across towards the chair,
having a U-turn around it, and go back to the
starting point. However, you will use the manila
papers to step on, in order to cross.
5. It depends on you on how you will use the
extra manila paper at the back.
6. The team that reaches first, back to the
starting point, will have 20 points while the
losing team will have a consolation of 5 points.
A member will be disqualified if:
a. His feet touches on the ground and not
on the manila paper.
Note: There will be a 5 minute break after the
game
E. Choir Activity (/30 points) [4:20-4:40]
The Activity will be divided into 3 Parts:
a. Identify the Page and its Song (/10)
Instruction:
-Identify which is asked by the given questions.
-Each team will only have 1 representative to
raise his hand and answer.
-You'll be given 10 seconds to discuss after a
question has been repeated twice. Afterwards,
when I say GO, the rep. must raise their hands.
The fastest will be the one to answer first.

b. Order The Songs (/10)
Instruction:
1. Each team will be given strips of the
Categories of Liturgical Songs in the Mass.
2. Order the songs on the ground from first to
last. Within 5 minutes, everyone must stop.
3. The team/s that have correct order of songs
within 3 mins will be given 10 points, otherwise,
1 point consolation only.
c. Label The Songs (/10)
Instructions:
1. Given blank pieces of Paper, write down
particular songs beside the provided Order of
Songs on the ground.
2. Each Team will be given 5 minutes to finish.
The team/s which have correct label of songs
will gain 10 points, otherwise, 1 point
consolation.
F. Flag Attack (/50 points) [4:40-5:00]
Instructions:
1. Both teams will have bases, the red base and
the black base, which corresponds to their team
color. Each team base will have flags different
from their team color, to be stuck on the
ground.
2. The goal of the game is to earn at most five
corresponding-colored flags from the
opponent's base within 7 minutes.
3. The flags must be placed outside of own’s
team base to gain a score.
4. All members must have two roles:
Attackers - the ones who'll get the flags from
the opponent's base.
Defenders - the ones who'll defend the flags of
their base.
5. A player can steal a held flag from another
player, and return it to their base. But stealing it
forcibly is strictly prohibited.
4. If the time runs out, then the games ends;
and each team with their accumulated flags,
will have corresponding points, with 1 flag = 10
points.
A member will be disqualified if:
a. He crosses outside the game area.
b. He steals the flag forcibly causing
physical harm.
c. He pushes or inflict damage to another
player.
G. Tug of War (/25 points) [5:00-5:30]
Instruction:
1. Each team will position opposite to
each other holding or gripping a long
rope with a center mark.
2. The goal of the game is to pull the
opposing team toward the middle line
 with tension. In other words when a the 3. 4 Kilos Rice

their team loses. The winning team will
receive 25 points while the other will
have a consolation of 10 points.
