EXERCISE

When it comes to exercise there are so many benefits,


and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The movement
of our bodies plays a huge role into our overall physical
and mental health. Humans were made to move and not
live their lives sitting around. By implementing exercise
into your lifestyle there will be improvements in mood,
cognitive function, brain/heart health, and a number of
diseases. A lot of people in the U.S. experience
depression, and anxiety these days, along with being
overweight. Many people don’t realize it, but this all has to
do with the physical aspect of your body. The physical and
mental aspects of ourselves are very much connected and
they greatly affect each other. Furthermore, exercising
more will play a major role in fixing these problems that
many americans have.
