evidences, and supporting sources for an effective speech delivery. Consider the guidelines and
strategies discussed during our synchronous class.

Credibility is important in leadership

Introduction:

As we all know leadership is very important from nation to business and other

organizations. It plays a big role in our daily life, They are the ones who have the power to

influence others and make decisions for the good of all people.In order for a country to have a

prosperous future, it requires a talented and insightful leader. These leaders must generate

opportunities that will significantly propel the country forward. However, these leaders do not

just influence the course of a country but also influence the lives of all people in that country.

Moreover, a leader is someone with high moral values and principles because leaders must set an

example for their followers, they also need self-discipline, compassion and empathy in order for

them to understand their followers’ needs.

Body:
 We only have a few leaders here in the Philippines who are honest and true. Some are

full of corruption, hunger for power, and some also take advantage of their position. We also

have a senator who sells illegal drugs and has also been in prison due to some illegal actions he

has done.

As the 2022 election fast approaches, we need to think about who we should trust and vote for

the right leader for the betterment of our country and for our own good. We should look at the

running candidates' backgrounds not only for their characteristics or personalities, but also for

their background and what they have contributed to helping our country over the years, which is

why credibility is so important. As a leader, one of the most important qualities that you should

possess is credibility. .The more credible a leader is, the more likely people will follow their lead

without question or hesitation.Credibility is not something that can be bought or earned

overnight; it is the result of many years of hard work. 

In today's society it has become more important than ever for leaders to be credible

because the people they are leading want more from them than just commands. They want

someone who will listen and who will provide solutions when there are problems at hand. You

need to be trustworthy and believable. You also need to be able to inspire people so that they can

follow your lead. In order to do this, you have to have a realistic view of the world and

understand the problems that exist within it so you can find solutions. This will help keep your

team from getting discouraged and losing hope because they feel like they are fighting an uphill

battle.
