Human Relation Theory, this theory is developed from the empirical studies
carried out in the 1920’s and 1930’s. it holds that attitudes, relationships, and
leadership styles play a key role in the performance of an organization. We all
know that this theory is critical for maintaining and developing a more positive
work in our environment, encouraging a productivity and retaining of employees.
Human relation theory is focuses specifically on the individuals needs and its
resultant behavior of individual and groups. It also takes an interpersonal approach
in managing human beings and their relation to others.

Human relation also study of the ways in which people as what I’ve said
how can they relate to each other in group situations, especially in the field of
social work, how communication skills and sensitivity to other people’s feelings
can be improved.

In Human Theory Management we have; FORMAL AND INFROMAL


ELEMENTS. So, what is the difference between these two. formal elements of an
organization are its structure while the Informal aspects of the organization is the
interaction between individuals. In this way, the organization is a type of social
system. And this system should manage to create individual job satisfaction and
the resultant motivation of the individual.

Otherwise, good human relation practices give contribution in understanding


needs and expectation of employees, providing comfortable work condition, and of
course resolving some conflict between management as well as to your co-
workers. It also creates satisfied and give motivation to the employees, overall it
results in improvement in their productivity & performance. In the profession of
Social Work the human relation theory will help on this field in the way of good
managing the organization as group and giving everyone their rights and help
everyone of you to improve their skills, etc.
For me as a future social work, I will recognized the importance of human
relationship because in this way we can understand that relationship between
people are very important vehicles for change, equity and advocacy. Social work
also should engage clients, so that other professionals and community program will
be partner in the helping and healing process of their clients. In social work you
can improve relationship among people in order to restore and promote the
functionality of clients, their family and the communities.
