Starting on March 27th 2007, with two weeks of intense training before the open
ing of The Resort on April 10th 2007.

From November 2007 until June 2008 Solu restaurant greeter and supervisor for t

4 to 6 Solu associates, also I supervise how the orders are being taken and del

doing the weekly tips for the In room dining associates, checking the associate

king the honor bar item inventory and giving the order of the needed items to th

General Data
Self employed, started a pastry business, MIZT BAKERY was founded in February of
1995, specializing in chocolate treats, like cakes, pies, brownies, cookies and
truffles, as well as kids birthday cakes, special orders for special occasions,
I personally prepared, baked, decorated and delivered every cake, to the addre
ss requested form the client. At MIZT BAKERY we also organized social events lik
e weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, birthdays. MIZT BAKERY closed in January 20
05, with a promise of never leaving our clients, delivering and baking every cak
e, pie, brownie or cookie that they need when they need it, and planning their e
vents, like the wedding we planned in December 2006, until we can open our doors
to the public again.
Personal Achievements
During my work experience at The Resort at Singer Island I have been nominate 7
times for stellar associate of the month in the months of June 2007, November 2
007, January 2008, February 2008, March 2008, April 2008, April 2009 and Septemb
er 2009, wining the Stellar Performance of the month of April 2008 and September
2009.
The most important thing for me is my personal growth in the working place and i
n my personal life.
