Types of Beverages

Mocktail
Mocktail is a mixed, non- alcoholic drink, it does not
contain alcohol or any type of spirit. It is made by mixing
different fruit juices, soft drinks, iced tea etc. It is called
mocktail as it mocks or look like cocktails.

Cocktail
A cocktail is an alcoholic mixed drink. Most commonly,
cocktails are either a combination of spirits, or one or more
spirits mixed with other ingredients such as fruit juice,
flavored syrup or cream.
MOCKTAILS

1. Cucumber Tonic

INGREDIENTS:
 3 mini- cucumber slices
 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for muddling, plus one
lemon slice for squeezing
 4 ounces tonic water
 1 spring fresh rosemary

PROCEDURE:
In a rocks glass, muddle 1 mini- cucumber slice and
fresh lemon juice. Top with ice, 2 more mini- cucumber
slices, tonic water, a squeeze from one slice of lemon, and a
spring of fresh rosemary.
2. Mint Lemonade

INGREDIENTS:
 2 cups crushed ice
 4 cups water
 2 large lemons (or lime), washed, cut into small pieces,
and seeds removed
 Juice of 1 large lemon
 1 fresh mint leaves
 1 cup sugar

PROCEDURE:
Add all the ingredients to the pitcher of a high- quality
blender. Cover and push blend or liquefy (high- speed), until
you achieve the desired drink consistency.
Taste and add more sugar or mint leaves, if you like.
Blend again.
Pour the lemonade into a serving pitcher through a mesh
strainer. Add fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
If you like, strain the lemonade again as you pour into
serving glasses. Enjoy cold!

3.Fruity Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

 1 Dragon Fruit
 1 teaspoon ginger root fresh, minced
 1 banana frozen, pre-sliced
 1 mango small
 1/2 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
 6 ice cubes
 Condense Milk

PROCEDURES:

Toss all the above ingredients in a blender and blend


until smooth.
4. Hot Sunset

INGREDIENTS:

 1ounce ouzo (or to taste) grapefruit juice or lemonade


 1 tablespoon grenadine

PROCEDURE:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a


shaker and do a little dance. Pour into highball glass and
enjoy!
5. Fresh Green Jardin

INGREDIENTS:
 1 cucumber ribbon, for garnish
 Ice cubes
 1 ½ ounces Seedlip Garden 108
 4 ounces Fever- Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
 1 basil sprig, for garnish

PROCEDURE:
Line a highball or wineglass with cucumber ribbon; fill
glass with ice cubes. Add Seedlip Garden 108 and tonic water.
Garnish with basil.
COCKTAIL

1. Bright Sunrise

INGREDIENTS:
 75ml orange juice
 40ml Gin Mare
 15ml lemon
 10ml sugar syrup
 Ice Cube
 20ml tonic water

PROCEDURES:
Glass: Collins
Shake first four ingredients together and double-
strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes
Allow to settle, then add the Aperol and grenadine
mix
Top with tonic water
Decorate with a half-slice of orange, a slice of lemon
and fresh thyme sprigs
2. Dark Horse

INGREDIENTS:
 2 oz Black Fig Vodka
 ½ oz Lemon
 Splash Lime Juice
 Lime Twist

PROCEDURE:
Combine the vodka, lemon, and lime juice in a
shaker with ice and gently shake. Strain into a rocks glass,
add ginger beer and garnish with a lime.

3. Pink Lady
INGREDIENTS:
 1 ½ ounces gin,
 ¼ ounce lemon
 ½ ounce lemon juice
 1 large egg white
 3 or 4 thin strips of lemon zest, for garnish
 Ice

PROCEDURE:
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients
except ice and the garnish and shake well. Add ice and
shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and
garnish with the lemon zest.

4. Sparkle Pineapple
INGREDIENTS:
 ½ of pineapple, cut into pieces
 4 large sprigs of fresh basil
 3 cups 100% pineapple juice
 Vodka

PROCEDURES:
Add vodka, lemon juice, and mint sprigs into a
mixing glass.
Add ice to the mixing glass.
Strain it.
Put the fresh basil.sec, lemon juice, and mint sprigs into
a mixing glass. Muddle.
5. Blue Ocean

INGREDIENTS:
 Ice Cubes
 Vodka
 Blue Gatorade
 2 Lemon Juice
 1 Cherry

PROCEDURE:

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all


ingredients. Shake and strain into a wine glass
filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry.
