RESOLUTION No. 08 SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTING MARY JOY R. BONIFACIO AND LEONARDO D. RELOJ JR. AS
BARANGAY TANODS REPLACING NILO P. DORADO AND ROSENDO V. MONTANIEL
RESPECTIVELY OF BARANGAY 905, ZONE 100.

WHEREAS, that as elected Barangay officials of Barangay 905, bound to uphold the
Constitution and its Laws for the general welfare of inhabitants,

WHEREAS, that upon the disqualification of Nilo P. Dorado and Rosendo V. Montaniel
Jr. of being Barangay Tanod of Barangay 905, certainly needs to have
replacements,

WHEREAS, that upon the observation of the Council, Miss Bonifacio and Mr Reloj
passes all the requirements required to become a Barangay Tanod,

WHEREAS, that Miss Bonifacio and Mr Reloj required filling out the continued delivery
of Basic Services in the maintenance of peace and order of the Barangay.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the approval of MARY JOY R.

BONIFACIO AND LEONARDO D. RELOJ JR. as a Barangay Tanods replacing NILO P. DORADO
AND ROSENDO V. MONTANIEL, of Barangay 905, Zone 100 to exercise duties and
responsibilities attached to their position.
