STATEMENT OF DEFICIENCY
During Site Surveillance on Site# 01, Part# 03 at Precast yard it was observed that Non-Shrink Cementitious
Grout was not storage in a proper way, as per manufacturer storage recommendation the grout shall not be
stored in direct sunlight and shall be stored in dry at 4-35 Cͦ . It is violation of MOT Spec. Section 1.04.6 Which
States that, Materials shall be so stored as to assure the preservation of their quality and fitness for the Work..
