variation in shape.
 Joint mobility-knee bends and
rises.
 Preparation for safe landing: toe-
ball-heel bends, small jumps off
two feet.
 Cool down with slow stretching.
 Continue exploring elements of
dance, use of space, shape,
dimensions, level directions,
pathways.

 Warm up continues by exploring
various directions

 Joint mobility and transfer of
weight from side to side.
