Position: Warehouse & Logistic Analyst

Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-months contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2
FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

Managing offsite and onsite Logistics for effectively planning, safely executing, timely managing,
administering, and monitoring air & land logistics operations to support another department.
Includes management Expediting, Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, vessel’s berthing,
loading, and unloading operations, Project Shipment, and ensuring activities compliance
complies with all standards.

Accountabilities:
INBOUND

Expedite and monitor cargo from around the world and their movements to the warehouse

• Follow up and update vendor promise delivery of any equipment and goods purchased
from various countries or cities to warehouse.
• Managing freight forwarding vendor for effective delivery, lead time delivery to meet
company requirement.
• Check freight invoices from freight forwarder is as per contract agreement, both in rate
and cost component is used.
• Receive and store materials/equipment in an effective, efficient, timely manner and
secured condition utilizing the most appropriate material handling and storage
method/equipment.

OUTBOUND

Coordinate, execute, and monitor all logistics activities on Site.

• Cargo planning and Truck utilization for Logistics material.

• Cargo (material/equipment) loading, unloading & movements and site logistics
formalities, cargo load-outs movements & manifest, managing load-out lists &
movements.
• Cargo Monitoring for Utilization logistics activities to support the delivery of drilling,
camp supply & construction.
• Coordinate preparation of manifest and check the conformance and correctness of
manifest documents from other departments or contractors to avoid any dispute on cargo
settlement at shipment point and destination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or any related
area.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mining/oil & gas industry; in coordinating and
managing a logistics.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, fast adapt with remote site
exposure.
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with each function and other department
heads.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.

Position: Geotech Engineer

The position is a twelve-months contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2
FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

Focal point for Core shed management, Geotech data acquisition and quality control to ensure
the date meet requirement of geotechnical study, daily, weekly and monthly reporting,
promoting safe workplace in core shed.

Accountabilities:

Safety Key Performance

• Promoting Health and Safety campaign in workplace.
• Commitment to fit into company health and safety culture and system.
• Ensure to conduct Task Safety Observation at minimum 2x per month.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain core shed procedures for the safe and efficient operation.
• Proactively conduct risk assessments and JSEA.
• Participate and contribute to pre-shift and safety meetings (daily and weekly).

Core shed Management and Technical.

• To conduct geotechnical supervision in the core shed.
• To execute geotechnical core logging and/or QA/QC geotechnical core logging in
accordance with Project’s Procedure.
• Integrating and interpreting geotechnical data, developing rock mass classification,
developing Geotechnical domaining.
• To develop geotechnical system database in efficient and high accuracy for further
geotechnical model.
• To conduct QA/QC of Density, MagSus, Niton and ASD data measurement.
• Annual review and socialization of Core shed Standard Operational Procedures.
• Ensure all core shed data is being captured into the database system.
• Assisting external consultant/contractor to provide data access and procedures.
• To produce daily, weekly, monthly reporting and presentations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology with experience in underground geotechnical engineer at
minimum 5 years.
• Have worked in a mine or a feasibility study of a porphyry and epithermal systems.
• Have experience with drilling and core shed activity.
• Preferable to have knowledge of database management systems such as AcQuire.
• Have good skill on geotechnical modeling, preferable to use Leapfrog software.
• Have worked with and demonstrate good skills on data quality analysis.
• Good communication and reporting skill.
• Good analytical and result oriented person.
• Good teamwork and highly initiative.
• Hold any professional certification is preferable.
